酒店位置非常好，距离钟楼很近，晚上去钟楼逛，堵车的时候坐个小三轮八分钟就回来了到省历博也就十几分钟，天气热我们没坐地铁，但是打车也是很方便。房间很不错，设施齐全李李特别热情推荐的吃麪和吃陕西菜的店铺都不错

酒店非常不错，免费给我们升级了房间。服务人员也特别热情，还给我们推荐了周围的好吃的好玩的。

Stayed in this hotel for a week in a loft room. So let me start with the pros: 1) although the staff does not speak English, they do their best to help. This is a great advantage. 2) The rooms are spacious and affordable. The hotel is relatively quiet 3) fairly close to the subway and the city center 5-7 minutes on foot. 4) The breakfasts are tasty and hearty. Chinese food, but not spicy. Now about the main disadvantage, which blurs the impressions: the condition of the room is rather tired, the repair is made in some places carelessly, you can see that the current correction of rooms is not performed. Rent rooms in such a state is probably not very right, especially the best rooms. I will not point out specific disadvantages as well as post photos of shortcomings, so as not to spoil the reputation of the hotel. I hope the administration knows about it and will fix everything. In general, the impressions from the stay are positive.

Location: good as it's walking distance to attractions and metro station Staff: they are wonderful and attentive, especially the front desk staff. We were upgraded to a loft room. Unfortunately, on our 3rd night, there was leaking from the ceiling in the room. They rectified the issue immediately and changed another room for us. There was no fridge in the room, we informed them and they arranged a fridge on the next day when it's available. Room: standard double and was upgraded to loft. Cleanliness is acceptable, just need to improve in certain details. Breakfast: acceptable, not much variety as everyday almost the same type of food. Environment: it's stated as Non-smoking but we could smell smoke everywhere within the hotel (e.g. corridor and stairways). Thank you for the hospitality the staff had provided, esp the lady manager (didn't get her name).

the receptionist lady (i forgot ask her name) who spoke english fluently is very nice. she upgraded my room. location is 15 mins from metro station. the aircon was not strong enough. i asked the technician to set at 16 c but the room temp is always 28-30 c even after 2 days nonstop ac
